Australia Parent Visa Options
Australia offers several parent visa options allowing parents of Australian citizens, permanent residents, or eligible New Zealand citizens to migrate to Australia. These visas enable family reunification and provide pathways to permanent residency.
Parent Visa Categories
Contributory Parent Visas (Subclass 173/143)
Faster processing with higher visa application charge. Temporary (173) leads to permanent (143) visa.
Parent Visas (Subclass 103)
Lower cost but significantly longer processing times (up to 30 years).
Aged Parent Visas (Subclass 804/884)
For parents who are old enough to receive the Australian age pension.
Key Requirements
